PECO: Co-operation with Central and Eastern European Countries

Using economic growth chances in Central and Eastern Europe
Since 15 years economic structures have built up in Central and Eastern Europe.
The participating of twelve new states to the European Union promotes the economic integration.
An interview of approx. 50 companies, realised by the PAMINA – Club of economic developers, provides a clear result:
The majority of the companies has already reacted to the EU East upgrading and expects good marketing chances. Because of the result, the PAMINA – Club of economic developers has decided to be active in the Eastern European countries.
Increasing the consisting contacts to Central and Eastern European Countries:
Building up an economic network with the dynamic prospering economic regions of Rumania, Poland and Hungary should give small and middle-sized companies the opportunity to develop new and reliable business connections. For this, the consisting contacts to economic developers in these regions are intensified. During the fact-finding tours company representatives can get an overview on site in Rumania, Poland and Hungary. At the same time the PAMINA-region is represented as an interesting economic region for the acceding countries.
